I cant even give them a one star. Im new to Saint John and I went to furniture shopping few days ago. I stopped at Snoozy Mattress place to buy a whole bed set for my new apartment. As soon as get in to the store young tall gentleman walked to me and welcomed me. I didnt have any idea about any details about mattress sizes and all. So I spoke to this tall blonde hair gentleman asking help for my questions. I was giving my measurements and he was saying you go and check yourself and let me know if there is any questions and he said everything has a price tag. As a first time buyer I didnt have any idea how these mattress thing works and how rails and this and that works and what is difference between spring and foam mattresses. I was expecting he will guide and show us everything what we need according to our measurements and it was only me and my friend there by the time. Instead of doing that, he was standing by the counter and staring on us doing nothing. He needs improve his sales skills and attitude. I dont know he has any racial bias but he sales attitudes were unacceptable. YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR ATTITUDE, otherwise you will loose lot of sales. Im not here to brag my self out but I have 10 years sales experiences and I never treat any of my customers this way. Luckily we stopped at Leons and they helped us top to bottom and we got delivered our stuff today.
