It's already been mentioned but it certainly doesn't hurt to mention again. Customer service above and beyond. I ordered online and received the package. When I opened it, something was broken. I contacted the company the same day and woke to an email the following morning. Without hesitation, I was informed that a replacement package was on its way. It came within days. I am delighted with this company and wish that I was close enough to visit the actual store. Thank you Rising Tides Gifts for your extraordinary customer service. I wish you good fortune and continued success.

Needed a couple more gifts to bring home from our trip to NB and NS; this shop was in a really not inspiring neighborhood in St. Johns, but the shop itself was perfect. Great choices: tshirts, ceramics, candles, food stuffs, etc. Lovely staff; all good stuff here!

Amazing little shop! First of all, it smells AMAZING. Second of all, it has gifts for everyone. Third of all. The staff (owner?) Was so amazingly friendly and helpful and lovely. Perfect little shop!
