GoodLife Fitness Saint John Brunswick Square

I cannot stress this enough: human beings need airflow to breathe. I tried to use the standup tanning bed for 9 minutes and became weak, shaky and ready to pass put after 3 minutes as there is no longer a fan to give airflow in that tiny chamber of heat! It is a health hazard. If someone loses consciousness, which I almost did, there may be some bigger issues to face. This has to change!

Really great equipment and an excellent atmosphere to workout in.the staff are very professional and the facility is really clean as well. The tanning booth works amazing. You don't need to stay long to get a tan. The prices are good for the service and they always have a good promotional discount for memberships when you join up. I highly recommend this location.

I've tried other gyms with little success. This specific GoodLife location is not only ideally located for anyone in uptown/on the southern peninsula, but the staff is incredible. They're friendly and remembered me by name from the get-go. Always greeted with a "Hey Sawyer"! The sense of "you're welcome here" was the biggest convincer for me. It has all the equipment I could ever need or dream of using and is kept clean and tidy. If you're looking for a gym that will make you feel like wanting to go to the gym, GoodLife Brunswick Square is where it's at!
