        There was a guy who spoke really fast and was very efficient in serving us. Didnt catch his name but 10/10 service, guy deserves a raise

        Girl at the counter spent so much time leaning over the counter and chatting to her boyfriend repeatedly that the food was lukewarm. Took a few minutes to get her to realise that someone was actually standing at the counter wanting to place an order. I usually go to the other location but decided since I was already in the mall Id go here. I love A & W but please, hire people that dont chat with their friends/boyfriends and ignore actual customers. Doesnt deserve a paycheck and if shes got time to lean on the counter then shes got time to clean the place between customers.
