Waited 6 hours just for them to the cast on my knee completely wrong and not even make me a follow up appointment

Came in with a bad flu, doctor gave me an antibiotic (found out several days later that they have zero effect on the flu). I have a lot of stomach issues and the pills wreaked havoc on my GI tract. Also found out the pills contained an ingredient that I am allergic to. This is extreme negligence on the doctor's part as it was written on my bracelet. I have never felt so sick in all my life, the pills essentially poisoned me on top of an already terrible case of the flu. Absolutely abysmal care.

First time here. Had a seamless experience at emerg. In and out in less than 2hrs. Cant ask for more than that. Maybe it was beginners luck, but Ill take it. The staff were all friendly and professional. Fine experience.

I came in for an appointed scan. I'm not from the area and appreciated help from security answering my questions. The staff was accommodating given I'm hard of hearing. The process was fairly quick. Thanks for your help.
