Ok motel. They are doing renovations so the place was messy. We had no hot water for the two nights we stayed. Phone in the room did not work so couldn't call down to the front desk to complain. Mentioned all of this to the front desk at check out. Manager was suppose to call us but never did. Hot tub was still being renovated. Only one elevator and it's cramped with 2 or more people in it Positives: breakfast was good. Pool was a hit for the kids l. Staff was friendly Rooms: Rooms are updated and more modern. Rooms cleaned
