        We had bought a mattress that after 5 months or so started causing pain. I had contacted East Coast Luxury Mattress Outlet and at first they were very sympathetic and took a lot of info and pictures. I followed up every week to find out if the manufacturer had made a decision and after 5 weeks of them telling me its the time of year and they should be hearing back either that day or the next I contacted the manufacturer myself and after some back and forth with the manufacturer it comes out that they havent heard of us. I then messaged East Coast Luxury Mattress about this and have not heard back from them in over 2 weeks. They knowingly are stalling hoping we give up.
