Friendly, quick, respectful, professional, very polite. We will work with tango every time, we were very impressed by the young man that came in and made our terrible situation into a memorable one and now we are much more comfortable.

I am disabled and have purchased a couple of things at Apollo Medical. There is an employee (male) who answers the phone but cannot answer a question whether it be in person or over the phone. I've gone in at various times and each time, I have been ignored and when I finally get "help" it's rude and brusque. For most of my purchases I go elsewhere however, was convinced by my occupational therapist to use them when purchasing my wheelchair lift for the van and the wheelchair. Honestly, it never fails to be stressful for any parts, adjustments or repairs that need to be done. The most recent, a part I needed replaced on the wheelchair. I took it in to show what needed to be ordered in April. In May, I called to see if it was in and was told it still hadn't been ordered. Since then, I've taken my van in twice for the installation and they could not do it. Then, they were going to come to my house on a particular day...I waited, nobody showed up or called. I had to call to be told they'd be there the next morning. I waited all day. The following morning I called since nobody bothered, once again, to call me. I finally said, leave the part there, I will have someone pick it up and install it. It's now almost September. Almost 5 months for something simple. Unprofessional, rude, pretentious and uncaring. Not a good thing for people who should be trying to help me and others in declining health.
