I was a satisfied customer , I had purchased my very first car from sj auto zone. The fellas were great to deal with, although the second day after I had my vehicle it started to stall on me, I understand that they inspect their vehicles to the best of their abilities. At this point I was given the option from two vehicles from the Lott for the inconvenience, neither one were anything I had wanted but being a first time buyer I had decided to give one of them a chance even though it was quite a smaller vehicle. A week goes by and Im not happy with the car at all , I did give it a chance and I also explored options (selling it ) but it was very frustrating considering I had paid cash for something that I liked only to wound up with something that I had to more less settle for and now try and sell so that I could prevent them from losing out on a sale. So I had asked if they were willing to buy it back where I wasnt satisfied with it , I am told that they are willing to deal with me but the boss was out of the office until Friday. So me being desperate and wanting to sell asap to get a vehicle that Im 100% satisfied with , I sold it at 10k so I lost $1500 plus the price of deposit for insurance plus even more for the cancellation fee ..all in just a matter of 12 days. Only to discover that the boss was in fact there and could had dealt with it in a timely manner rather than me being frustrated and trying to sell this car. Its unfortunate that im now out over $1500 and it was the only cash I had and Ive got two children for my first time buying a vehicle it wasnt the greatest experience. Is what it is I guess

They pumped me up and we both had a good price in mind. All seemed good. Then a week later, when I came to sell the car, they bailed. What a waste of my time. Totally got screwed. I'd stay away. Welchers. Make a deal then break it. Huh.
