Dr. Brittany Timberlake, OD

Dr Timberlake and Gary are both awesome. They are both very friendly and make you feel like youre part of the family. Are family of 5 all go to her. Eye appts are fun to go to and not dreaded. Any questions are always answered and everything is well explained to you. Highly recommend for any age.

My visit to Costco to see Dr. Timberlake was great. She is super friendly and has such a caring disposition. I did not feel rushed and was able to ask any questions regarding my vision. I highly recommend Dr. Timberlake.

Ive been going to Dr Timberlake for I think must be 8-10 years now? She is always very professional, makes you feel like youve known her all of your life! Feels,more like, a friend than anything, caring and compassionate! Highly recommend this Lady! Shes the best!

I am not the kind of person who leaves reviews but this visit had to be shared. Today was my first visit to Dr. Brittany's clinic and I wanted to share my experience. I was received by her assistant, Gary, as soon as I arrived and once he verified all my information we proceeded to the initial eye exams; it went smoothly as Gary was clear with his instructions and patient with me. While waiting, my husband and I had wonderful conversations with Gary, he is so knowledgable and hospitable. Dr. Brittany was magnificent and welcomed me to her room with so much warmth, I forgot that I was there for an optic visit :-) She listened intently as I explained the reason for my visit, then she proceeded with some detailed eye exams (I had mentioned to her that I have not had a visit for eye care in almost five years). Once all the tests were completed, she went on to explain my symptoms, condition, treatment plan and she also told me where I could get a bargain price since these medications were OTC. In between, I had comfortable chats with her about my home, work, and family, I honestly did not feel like it was my first visit with her. At the same time, Dr. Brittany remained professional but she is so kind and friendly, I am fortunate to have found her clinic and I am so glad that my first visit, here in Saint John, to an eye doctor was to her; from now onwards, the whole family will be going to her for their vision care. Also, wanted to state something extremely important, I did not feel rushed at any point, both Gary and Dr. Brittany made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was taken care of and satisfied before I left the clinic, and that is a rare blessing. I cannot recommend her enough, I encourage everyone to visit her for their vision care, you will not be disappointed, she truly cares for her patients. Thank you Dr. Brittany and Gary, I really appreciate all that you do!
