I was recently dropped as a patient because he wasn't "doing anything for me." Every appointment was the same thing. He asked all the same questions and brushed off any issues. I mentioned a few times I didn't think my medication was doing anything but never wanted to change the dose. Just said continue on my medication I was already on before I went to him and the quetiapine he prescribed and he'd see me in a few months. A couple times I just cried after the appointments because I was there for help and left feeling worse. but because my mental health isn't affecting my job all the time and I don't have a suicide plan I'm not worth his time. Now I'm with no medication and no family doctor.

Zero professionalism. Was referred there from a visit to the ER for mental health continuing care and help with refills for medication prescribed to be taken once a day and not to be stopped. Since this office is never open on Friday, I called Monday and the pos that answered the phone most Obnoxious and rude lady I have ever dealt with. I gave her the information and was treated like garbage. Told that I need to get a family Doctor or go to the emergency room. I tried explaining that the doctor at the emergency room faxed all of my sensitive confidential information as a referral to the office. She said thats not how it works, laughed, and told me to go to the emergency room, and hung up the phone. Refused to help or direct me in anyway or let me speak to anyone who can point me on a helpful direction. Absolutely disgusting way to talk to anyone let alone someone who was directed to you for help.

Dr Bungosh has been a excellent doctor to me and fully understands the impact that has caused my ptsd and others..I am very thankful for him!
