Chateau de Champlain

I was really hoping my mom would like the chteau, but she LOVES it!!! She started out with a studio, and is now on the list for a one bedroom. She is thriving and feels a sense of independence, even with her failing eyesight. Thank you for the caring , wonderful staff and residence!

Our experience with the Chateau de Champlain home has been wonderful. Mom has received the best care while making many friends. The staff and personal support workers have gone up and above to help Mom and family with whatever we needed. They have supported us through a terrible family loss. We will never be able to convey our appreciation for everything they have done for our family.

The staff's warm welcome and attention given my mother helped her to settle into the life-style offered by Chateau de Champlain almost two years ago. The kindness and care of the staff, combined with the fine dining, beautiful grounds, cozy apartment, pleasant atmosphere and fun activities, fulfill all of my mother's needs and more. I have recommended Chateau's luxury living to others and, should my circumstances change, will be adding my name to the waiting list.

My mom recently moved into Chateau de Champlain, and it has been a five-star experience at every turn. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and it's clear that there's a great camaraderie between everyone who works and lives there. There's always lots going on, so it's nowhere nearly as sleepy as some of the other senior's residences we have checked out. Highly recommended!

My Mom had to leave her home due to a fall. It was very difficult, but she made the decision to sell her home. Upon viewing several retirement complexes, Mom knew immediately that Chateau de Champlain was the place for her. It was welcoming immediately, Jeanette was both knowledgeable and understanding of Moms medical needs regarding her eye sight, the building was bright and clean, and the model suite well appointed. As the family, we felt a huge weight off our shoulders because our Mom could live securely at the Chateau, with regular meals, the lifeline button, the activities, and the kind staff. Mom has lived here for 18 months, and she continues to live securely - a major concern for her family. She loves the entertainment, the bus rides, the opportunity to go to Mass, the safe surroundings. We have recommended the Chateau to many people based on Moms experience.
