Deliveries to wrong address. Multiple times. Quite obvious it's the wrong place and no easy way to contact them to complain

I got an email saying Rob would be delivering my package October 29th. I then got an email saying my package was delivered accompanied by a photo showing only the shipping label of my package as proof. My package didnt actually arrive and after reaching out to the community to see if anyone had accepted my package by accident we came to realize that people who had Rob as their delivery man also didnt receive their packages. I reached out in an email and was ignored so I had to reach out to Amazon instead and requested Bonshaw be blacklisted as a delivery option in the future. Awful service.

I wish there was a way to give NO star reviews. This company is terrible. Nothing but trouble with them. They lie about reasons for non-delivery, and today, they just dropped a paper envelope that contained two books on our doorstep in the pouring rain and both books are ruined. A certain company really needs to stop using these guys as an option for delivering here in New Brunswick.
