Questionable experience here. I went for an estimate for repair and was told the estimate fee would be $25. I came to pick it up, and was told there was a "shop materials" fee in addition. I enquired why there would be a materials fee on an estimate but couldn't get a straight answer. After harsh questioning, it was eventually removed. A few weeks later, I misplaced by estimate and called to get it resent. While trying to send it to me, they accidentally deleted it from the system but offered to give me a 2nd estimate for free. I left my snow blower in March and wasn't called back. 3 weeks after, I called and asked for an update and was told it was ready 2 weeks ago. I went to pick up my snow blower and noticed that 2 different covers were missing. They were going to give me back my snow blower with 2 missing covers. Thankfully I noticed and was able to get it back. Overall the staff seemed friendly enough throughout the experience however I think there is a serious lack of organization.
