The number that is listed is not in anyway associated with Loyalist. Be very careful when giving any personal information over the telephone. I called on a Saturday for a tow. I was rerouted to a dispatch service that took over 45 minutes to get information from me and said I would need to wait 90 minutes for a tow. My friend called another tow truck service who took 2 minutes to get our information and came with the truck 30 minutes later , less time I spent just talking to the dispatch service.
