        We had the best of service from Carolyn MacKay in booking our trip, and in assisting in a major problem of flight cancellation while over seas. We knew it was a bit dicey as international air travel resumed and chose to book our European destination through Carolyn. Sure enough we ran into a cancelled flight that could have ruined our expensive vacation and family visit. We ran into phone access difficulty but we're able to reach Carolyn by social media. The problem was solved quickly with her direct access to Air Canada, salvaging our trip and allowing us to relax into the rest of our time away. Certainly with air travel in flux we would definitely make arrangements through Carolyn on upcoming trips.
