We booked a one-bed suite at Middle Brook Cootage & Chalets . It's a fairly spacious house with wooden interior decoration and furniture. It's a little strange that the sink is located separately from the bathroom, but this has it's own zest. I was so distracted that I closed the bathroom, leaving the "close" button pressed and slamming the door from the outside. But the responsive and friendly hostess helped us out in this situation. A table and chairs on the terrace allow residents to drink coffee in the morning in a pleasant atmosphere. We also liked the cottages location. From this place by car no more than 15 minutes to Lookout Hill Trail and Tablelands Trail. We have come all the way from St.John's to Channel-Port aux Basques and back. Along the way we stayed in 7 hotels. And Middle Brook Cootage & Chalets is one of the best hotels along the way.
