Paul & Annette D, Lakefield Ont. One regret...should have stayed longer. Only spent two days of three week visit to the "Rock" staying exclusively in B & B's. Colleen and Terry welcomed us and treated us like long lost friends. Spacious, clean, classy dcor and outstanding breakfasts and evening treats for all. Watched whales in the harbour from large balcony porch. Puffins and whales galore. the "Matthew" tall ship in dry dock to walk about on, the dungeon....list seems endless of things to do and see.

If you have ever imagined a perfect B and B this is it! Beautiful rooms- there are 4 all with private baths. The two in front have smaller bathrooms with fantastic harbour views. The two in the rear have beautiful bathrooms with claw foot soaker tubs and separate showers- hard to choose! Coleen and Terry are the perfect hosts- evening snacks, amazing breakfasts and as much interaction as you want. They are both really fun people so you might want a lot! Thank you to you both!

Where do I begin? We stayed here for 4 nights & loved it. Firstly, Colleen & Terry are fantastic & hilarious hosts. These two work really hard. The place is spotless. The rooms are comfy. Breakfast is delicious... Colleen, we already miss your blueberry pancakes! And then the extras... evening snack & dessert. Every dessert was so good... flakie, banana bread, brownies, lollipopcake & bakeapple pie. They're set up is very welcoming. So nice to have a fridge where we can store stuff. And access to filtered water. I can go on & on. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! So much to do nearby. Excellent places to eat. And the view is breathtaking. Hope to see you next summer.
