My wife and I rented the 24 Jayco RedHawk for a week at the beginning of August and had a blast. Rod and staff brought the vehicle to Gander and we headed North to Twillingate and made our way south to Tors Cove, then up to St.Johns where the vehicle was picked up at our hotel. The rig ran well and provided a fully operational apartment on wheels to explore a beautiful part of our Country! Thanks muchly!

It has been our 1st time with a RV and we had a very positive experience. Rod and his team are really friendly and were always ready to assist us for any question on the RV or even about music and nice places to see or to visit in NL. We had this good feeling of being welcome from our first phone call to make the reservation to the last text message to say Bye.

Some of my (Paternal) family rented a RV from this company. An hour outside of St. Johns they figure out there was multiple things broken. Ten people with elderly and children ended up staying in a hotel room, paying out of pocket for all their restaurant meals because all their previously purchased food rotted in a broken fridge. The company refused to compensate them the full price even though they only had the RV for 6 hours. They are essentially stranded at a hotel with no ability to even salvage any part of their vacation by being able to do activities without using multiple taxis multiple times a day. All of their plans ruined on a trip they had been planning for years. First time back home in almost 20 years. I understand that there are no more rentals (RV, van, car) but this company either knowingly rented a poorly maintained vehicle or have complete disregard for maintenance on a vehicle that was booked nearly a year in advance. The person dealing with them told them to go ahead and bring them to court when they asked for a full refund. Not cool at all! I am glad that we had this experience now since my Maternal family (16 siblings) are planning a huge reunion in 2024. We are expecting over 300 people to attend. Guess who wont be getting any of our business? EDIT: (clarification) I am not part of this group. I was hoping to see this group of family members but due to this incident I will not. It took 3 days for you to come pickup a vehicle that was unusable. So essentially they had use of the vehicle to drive from the airport to a family members home (6hours), minus the time wasted at a garage enroute trying to figure out what the problem might be (so 10 hours?). Thank you for sending two vehicles out to pick them up.
