So thorough! Tom noted everything from chipped paint to single missing shingles on roof thanks to his drone footage and thermal camera. I used a different company for a previous inspection when we purchased our first house and the difference between the two reports is unbelievable. So detailed and helpful, Ill be recommending Safe and Sound to everyone I know looking for a home inspector!

I recently purchased a new home and had Tom complete a home inspection on the house. I was more than happy with the service he provided! Previously I had employed a different home inspector to complete an inspection and it was sub-par to say the least, they overlooked obvious components and made numerous mistakes leaving me to question the validity and reliability of home inspections in general. Flashforward to me obtaining the services of Tom at Safe and Sound and all my hesitations were squashed. He was very thorough and went above and beyond inspecting all parts of the home. The report I was given was clear and detailed. It included a code which told me which items were the most pressing, and which were simply recommended as home maintenance. After being given the report he went over it with me and answered any questions that I had. Overall I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would recommend Tom to anyone and everyone!
