I hired Reflective Marketing to help me build my audience for my company Thyme Catering and Cooking School. Using a Facebook ad and email campaign Krystal and her team targeted my audience in a way I could never do myself. Believe me, I tried. My classes are selling out and our online orders sell out every week. Weve tried advertising our business in many ways. People say hey, you cant just rely on word of mouth- you have to advertise. Weve tried many different avenues to advertise our small business over the last 5 years: local newspapers, the radio, google ads, facebooks ads, and many (MANY) more. Its incredibly hard to tell if any ad is working, which is why we were drawn to the data we received with Google and Facebook advertising. We experimented with those for a bit- threw a $100 at it here and there and what we saw LOOKED successful, but deep down we knew there was so much more that could be done. Then one day I clicked on a Reflective Marketing Facebook ad, wondering if maybe it was time to bring in an expert. Like magic, Facebook presented a second ad the very next day that was essentially a part 2 of the first ad. I realized in that moment, after 10 or so different Facebook campaigns, that I still knew nothing about online advertising, and I reached out to Reflective Marketing. We havent looked back. Reflective worked with us to fine-tune our ad spend, achieving maximum results that we never would have accomplished in our old strategy. My experience with this company was not the best.They advertise that their methods are effective . We signed up with them and everything that was promised was not delivered. We were getting very poor leads that had fake numbers, emails that were sexual in nature. When I decided to cancel, they charged me a hefty cancelation fee, when originally they said there were none. They costed us issues with our website where we were down for a few business days. Crystal is only a model rep that you seem that you can trust, but in reality she only makes empty promises. If you are a business and are relying on an effective marketing firm, don't waste your time and money. Their references were not real and convincing videos that they have are not real.
