Hate even giving 1 star. Husband had an appt at 1. Went to said appt, and couldn't find his name on the list. His Dr's receptionist had left, and none of the other receptionists would help him. His face is visibly swollen, there were drs available, but they just kept calling past him asking if there were any patients waiting for the other drs. Blizzard outside, he needs antibiotics, ambulances stuck on the highway, and he is refused treatment by his family physician. Will be taking this issue further.

On hold for 20 minutes only to be answered and then hung up on! What's up with that? I thought changes to the system would mean improvement.. clearly not in this case!!

Every time I need to make an appointment it's a major hassle. Last time I tried making an appointment I waited on hold for 30 minutes until giving up. I tried calling again later that day and finally got through after AN HOUR AND A HALF. That being said my Dr. is great. It's just a major annoyance to have to set aside 2 hours to to do something that shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes.

Seriously.. who do I have to contact about this phone system? They don't answer the phone at all. This is insane. The review has nothing to do with the doctor I see, he is very kind but the staff there and the system they use is a complete joke. For some reason no where else will accept new patients. If it weren't for that fact I would be long gone from this place. This whole system is terribly broken.

I like the Dr but it is so hard to get through to make an appointment and when you do the receptionists are rude. I have been trying for 5 days to make an appointment. I wish they would invest in an online scheduling program if they can't answer the phone.
