I sent a message inquiring about it being a pet friendly facility and i can see it was received and read and they decided not to respond to me instead of having customer service skills. Unimpressed to say the least. Also, you just lost any future business myself or any family and friends would have brought your business. Find some customer service skills or you may as well close the doors. Pretty bad when i inquire about a multi night stay for several people and they couldnt even just simply reply no, we dont allow animals, or any reply at all. Terrible business! Is it because Im not a tourist? This island tends to cater to tourists over its own residents sadly. Regardless. Poor service and would NOT recommend this location for accommodations. Unless they step up their game now that Ive left a poor rating and poor review for their business. Ill have a fantastic stay elsewhere. Thanks for your lack of help or care.
