Worst service ever! Nobody around to help and when I finally did find someone they simply pointed and said they were down there. Ridiculous service considering I am paying a good price for their plants. Staff was also very unfriendly and apparently w Did not know the words thank you when I checked out. Will not be shopping there again.

This was my second trip to this nursery, my first experience was awful and today was even worse. We entered and were ignored by two employees talking at the register. We looked around the store for a specific plants and did not find them. We asked an employee if they had the varieties we requested and were told yes, they were out back. She didnt bother to show us where in their large outside area and when we asked where specifically they told us to ask another employee who was outside who ignored us completely even though we called him by the name she told us. In absolute frustration we left but not before I told the woman on the register that their service was horrible. The only reason I gave one star is because giving none is not an option. Very unhelpful, no acknowledgement of us, I nearly asked if they could see me since I felt invisible. I will not revisit and give them another opportunity to treat me so poorly and I will not recommend them. I am landscaping my huge property and had an estimated budget of nearly 6 grand which I wanted to put back into a local business. Additionally I am involved in a huge development which required landscaping and I will take my business elsewhere. Shame on you, the employees, for being so self absorbed. On a side note, another potential customer left the store shortly before us proclaiming it was her first trip and it would be her last. Whoever owns this business needs to train their employees in customer service or they will no longer have customers.

Wonderful local place to shop. Great prices on quality flowers and plants. Giftware is a little pricey, but very nice. Friendly staff.
