        The Owner does not take care of this store very well. Also treats staff terribly. Thats the reason why you always see a now hiring sign in front of the building. Cant keep staff due to the very poor treatment and lack of staff appreciation

        Tried ordering here for the first time in over 15 years tonight having had a very negative experience with undercooked food/chicken and rude staff that argued the food was cooked. I ordered online, it said estimated time of 20 minutes, I got there 25 minutes later they didn't have order started and the cashier could not find it in the system. Another employee found it and said they would start it dhould be done in 15 minutes. I paid and went to my car to wait. When I came back it was still not ready, part was in the warmer but they were waiting for the garlic fingers. I waited. When they gave me the order it was wrong, they spent over 30 minutes arguing the order was correct, refusing to issue a refund or even call the manager.
