    We had one quarter of moose done here and would never go back.. The roasts are literally just cut off the rib not trimmed or cleaned up at all. We were given sausages (flavors) we did not order and won't eat as there to spicy. The snack Stix are good but super pricey. Ordered to have half the meat done as ground meat and only received 10lbs worth. Would not recommend! Update: We have also noticed many of the vacume seal packaging have either leaked or not been sealed properly so we paid extra for nothing!!

    Recently had my moose butchered there!!!! You can say that butchered it too!!! It was a first and a last!!! Ordered steaks and only got roast, asked for 40lbs of ground and only received 5lbs of it you would have a better job done if you pick up a razor blade and put a blind fold on wouldnt recommend

    Fall 2021: Meat was not cut by muscle groups - just hacked slabs of meat. Lots of silverskin running through the middle of everything - including the few backstap packages I received (the packages are labeled "backstrap," but who knows. I don't have the words to express how angry I am and how frustrated I get every time I open a package of my moose meat. For this I paid more than $700. When I go back to the area I will be doing the butchering myself. Photo of "backstrap" follows.

    I had four quarters of moose meat done here in October 2020 , EXCELLENT job! All of the packaging was great and the sausages were the BEST Ive ever tasted. I will be being all of my meat here in the future.
