        The customer service I received at Altronics is exactly the reason why to buy and support local businesses. Living in a remote location is challenging most days, especially when dealing with warranty items. I can't express how thankful and GRATEFUL I am to Richard and the team at Altronics for their assistance in coordinating a replacement Samsung sound bar and subwoofer. They went out of their way to help me drop off my old system and mail a new one back to me. There is no way I would be able to have a replacement Samsung device if I had ordered through a big box store - I'd for sure be stuck with something that doesn't work. I 100% recommend Altronics and will for sure be dealing with them in the future for home entertainment electronics.

        Ordered an 85 TV in June. Worked for a week and died. Altronics replaced under warranty. Second set arrived, Got it home and screen cracked. Again replaced under warranty. Got 3rd unit about 2 weeks ago. All good. Altronics service is second to none. I will buy from them forever. Thank you Richard and John. To anyone looking to purchase electronics, I very very very highly recommend Altronics. They look after their customers. I cant say enough good things about them except Thank you very very much.
