        Poor customer service, ordered a $50 cake from this place picked it up for my wife got home it was the wrong cake we cut and opened the cake and didn't think it would be necessary to bring it back to the restaurant since it had been handled and cut, when I drove across town for a second time to pick up my cake I was told I should have brought back my other "handled" cake in order to get the cake I originally purchased. Make matters worse they wouldn't even give me a full refund and charged me for the cake I never wanted in the first place. --UPDATE still did absolutely nothing and I was forced to pay for a cake I never wanted poor customer service.
