        A simple trim for long hair + tips ended up being nearly $70. It's really expensive. And no heat protectant product was used prior to using the hair straightener on my hair.

        I scheduled a wash and blow dry and a pedi for my mother and myself. The stylist was fantastic. But the customer service from the girl who was supposed to do my pedicure was horrible. She said she didn't have time to do a full pedi and I asked why not, my appointment was booked. She said the girl doing my hair went over her time. That's not my problem! Very poor customer service skills, not even an apology, just rude. I will not be returning. Very disappointed. Service: Hairstyling
