        I made an appointment for a haircut at 2:00 and arrived 20 minutes early. I was told someone would be with me shortly but I was left waiting until 2:45 as the staff continued to take walk in customers for piercings and other services. When they finally got to my haircut the stylist was going to begin cutting my hair before I even told her how much I wanted off. When I got home I realized it was uneven and the haircut looked nothing like what I had requested. I Definitely wont be going back.
