I just wanted to give a shout out to Alicia who works in your shop! We purchased the Harmon Pellet Stove from you 3 years ago. We absolutely love it. Today I had an issue with it and my husband is away working. Alicia was simply amazing! She walked me through the trouble shooting process and we got it up and running again. She was patient, supportive and funny too. I just wanted to say thank you to her for her excellent customer service. She went above and beyond and even stayed late to make sure it lit for me with no issues. I would highly recommend your company to anyone looking to purchase a Pellet stove or any product from your company. You guys stand behind your product. Awesome company!

Peter and his team at Tin Man have looked out for us from the very beginning. Theyve been incredible to deal with and provide professional installs and impeccable and reliable service. We had an issue arise with our chimney, 4 days before Christmas and we live 2 hours from Corner Brook, and Peter called us the first cancellation he had and fit our repair in, right before the holidays. Were so appreciative!
