Tip Top (Tailors since 1909)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went there 3 weeks ago to inquire about men's wear for myself and my groomsmen. There were 2 men working and both saw me and both simply took out their phones and ignored me. I tried to ask questions but was dismissed repeatedly. They had no time of day for me and told me, and I quote, "yea well if you don't know exactly what you want we can't help you". Thankfully we went to Christopher's and he helped us out immensely and took the time to work with us and make sure we were happy. I'd highly recommend anywhere instead of Tip Top.

The experience we had here was a bit aggravating, to say the least, as the staff largely ignored my friend and provided lack luster service when they did acknowledge us. We ended up spending about 700 dollars here despite the poor atmosphere and disappointing demeanor of the staff, due to it being one of the only affordable options for suits in Corner Brook. The attitude of the sales person left a lot to be desired as he was condesending and belittled us for asking questions regarding sizes and options. He spent a majority of his time standing behind the register staring at us while we were at the dressing room trying on the suits and shirts. It did become a bit busy at one point, but for the majority of our time in the store it was just our party, for which we were vastly under served for the amount of time and money spent at this establishment.
