If I could, I would give zero stars! This hospital has got to be the worst Ive ever experienced. Staff is rude and have a superiority complex. Doctors are uncaring and unthought. Triagepretty sure they dont even know what that is! I work in an emergency department in another province with 5 times as many patients. I just cannot wrap my head around how things are done here. Its atrocious! Visited hospital 4 times in 6 days. Concerns were ignored every time, hence the amount of visits. How bad does a patients condition need to be before they decide to help?? With the way they work, its no wonder the wait times are the worst in the entire country!! Wake up Newfoundlandyou need to do better! Unbelievable! I definitely would NOT recommend this facility.

Wait times are very long, especially for fast track. The workers are decent once youre in but they could definitely prioritize better in triage. Told them I have covid and they still put me in the waiting for for 5+ hours along with elders n such as my condition was worsening! everyone who was here after me, went before, even some that showed up 2 hours into my wait whom seemed to be better conditioned
