        I have had a membership and this gym off and on for years. I have found the owners of this gym exceptionally kind and friendly. I love the size and atmosphere at this gym. I have been to other ones in CB and have found that although the equipment may be newer there is very little space to workout. The only negative thing I can say is that the hours of operating are lacking and are such a disappointment. Opening up at 9am makes no sense given the fact it is a gym and there are pleny of people who like to work out prior to starting their work day. Please consider changing your hours to accommodate those who want to give your gym business but can't because of your operating hours. 7 am opening would be great
