Munn Insurance

A full year with Munn and that was all I could take. Very hard to communicate or get a response from representative handling my profile. Expensive. While purchasing a new home, could not and did not receive a response to whether I even had home insurance which was very frustrating when lawyers are requiring proof of insurance to close the deal (thanks guys ). Now that I have canceled they still debited my account the monthly premium plus cancellation fees which is approx 690$ while I had to setup new insurance and had to pay them as well. Two weeks pay gone and I still owe them 130$ they say. Wanted to stick with local but unfortunately my family cant afford to work with Munn insurance. May file a complaint with travellers insurance directly after I spoke with them as well about the situation Im in.

Very long wait time even left my number a couple of times still nothing back from them in three days !!! Waiting period was an half an hour every time when I was in second when I first called still second after 30 minutes got tired of waiting hung up. Sorry very poor service !!!
