        Customer service at this branch is quite exceptional. The service that I have received in my short time at this bank has been a breathe of fresh air. I recommend it to most. The atm is a bit wonky though as noted in other reviews.

        What a circus, by far the worst customer service and now they are only open from 10 am to 3 pm, pretty bad when even other banking professionals around town say "yah I don't know what's going on up there on the hill." Somebody needs to be held accountable for lousy service. Closed accounts and good riddance.

        Been over a week waiting on branch manager to return my calls. Terrible customer service. Switched banks because of recurring issues with this branch. Just awful to deal with like pulling teeth.
