        If I ever felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman that older woman working there made me feel exactly that! Piss poor service. Told me to go elsewhere to get my white gold chain fixed (she assumed it was silver) guess it wasnt costly enough for your store. Pardon moi! I was floored. After buying my wedding rings there and countless other itemsnever again. I would suggest you to speak to her about her customer service or put her in the back somewhereshe shouldnt deal with the public. Word of mouth goes along way. Others have the same opinion of her. Just retire my dear. Time is up!
