    Got my glasses from them and they were fine but customer service could have been better and welcoming. I was in the store near the counter and no one came to greet or came to ask if I needed any help. While I was waiting for someone to help me, a person walks through the main door and gets immediate attention and assistance. It takes one second to scan the room and to tell if anyone needs help.

    I visited this location after my 92 year old mother just came out of Cataract Surgery, that took place upstairs in the same building. I went in to have a lens removed. The girl that served me was very helpful. She first started with absolutely we can do that for you. Then she offered to replace the lens with a clear glass, which I never knew could be done. I didnt have time to wait for that offer, because she said they were a bit short staffed at the moment, but I could come back and pick up. My mom is 92 and we needed to get on the road to get home. The information was helpful and have since made an appointment in Grand Falls to have the glass lens put in. She was no time removing the lens and had the opportunity to pick up a pair of clip on sunglasses to help protect the eye. Keep up the great work.

    Everyone was extremely nice and the customer service was great. But, they sold me progressive lenses that are impossible to see fine print with. I went back several times to have the issue fixed. In the end, I still can't read, neither print on paper nor anything on the computer. My previous glasses that are five years old are better than what I got there. I am going to a different place now to have new lenses put in my frames I spent way too much money there for an interior product. I feel bad because the folks who work there are definitely dedicated. But somewhere there is a glitch in the production, either with the script or the lens manufacturer.

    I had an eye exam... Ordered 3 pairs of glasses.. When the glasses came in... I could not read from either pair... They took them back for adjusting of the lenses.. Second time the same! After 3 months of trying to fix my glasses.. I had 1 pair that I could wear... 1 pair stayed In the glove compartment of my car. They are still no good to me... I do wear the sunglasses because I have to.. They are still not great.... I now see doors and other straight edges as curved... So discouraging.. Will never Go to vouge optical again

    I usually go to First Choice Vision Center, receive excellent customer service, and receive my glasses in under two weeks. This time, I decided to go to Vogue Optical for my glasses because a friend of mine wanted to go get glasses with me and this is where he wanted to go. This is now over a month since I have ordered my glasses and I still do not have them. My friend who ordered them at the exact same time as me already has his glasses. I decided to call the store because I haven't heard from them and they told me that they sent my glasses to gander to be done because their machine broke. It would have been nice if they had contacted me to let me know the situation and about how long the wait may be. Not to mention that when we walked in to pick out glasses, the sign said to wait by the door for assistance. So, we waited by the door for about ten minutes before someone came over to help us. Needless to say, I wont be going back to Vogue Optical.
