Needed oil urgently, ordered a day prior with a significant amount I was told they would deliver the next day and it did not show up.

Terrible, unreliable service. I placed an order 2 days ago and something in the office was not processed right. Called first thing this morning and was guaranteed that she would call the dispatcher and get the delivery done today - now the office is closed and no delivery. My house has been without proper heat for 3 days and now they won't do anything until Monday unless I order twice as much oil for a special delivery. Spoke to 1 after hours agent who said he could contact the driver to see if my delivery will still be done today. Got a return call from another agent who said she can't contact the driver unless I place the special order. No emergency contact numbers for them to just ask a simple question and have my original order delivered today. Nice that this weekend is predicted to drop to a real feel of -34. UPDATE: the oil was delivered during the day and the company apologized for the miscommunication. If the 2 agents had read their computer screens properly, they could have easily told me the status that I needed to know and there wouldn't have been any issues.

Ran out of oil.paid for it friday. It is monday afternoon .not delivered yet. I called and was told that there was no record of an order for delivery but yes they have a record of my payment.??? Do they wonder why they have a two star rating

Miserable customer service. Ordered oil Mon morning and by Wednesday this time I still dont have it. Only one driver per region (driver out sick, understandable)according to the lady on the phone at the office. But to not have a fall back system in place is irresponsible. What happens when the driver takes time off? You shut down all deliveries? Funny thing, because the amount of money they charge us they can certainly afford more trucks and drivers. The whole system that is set up here is disgusting. Also I live in Deer Lake so that automatically means Im second class in delivering priority. What a joke. And the other companies are no better. Something as essential as home heating oil should not require this amount of struggle to get and should certainly not cost as much as it does.
