Eastern Propane

I had used this company previously to service our propane stove and was satisfied with their work. When I encountered problems in the fall of 2021 I called them on three different occasions and was advised they would send out a service rep who would call to set up a time. However, no one ever showed up or even called. I ended up calling someone else and had my service completed within a couple of days, even earlier than I had been promised, and was completely satisfied with the work. Needless to say, I will never call Eastern Propane again.

I bought a b'que tank last yr and it stop putting gas out & I assumed it was empty. Turned out to be a safety valve inside tank.They wanted $90 to come look at it. They told us to disconnect then reconnect and it should fix it, did this 3 times and it did not fix it. I'm senior & on Oxygen and my husband is also disabled and we are on a very limited income and it is VERY hard for us to get out. We had to get a neighbor to put the tank in the car for us as it was 3/4 full and my husband was not strong enough to do it as he just got out of the hospital. They would not come out to help us unless we paid them. When we got there they claimed there was nothing wrong with the tank and the gas came out. They said the warranty was up on the tank so they could not do anything and of course they did not reimburse for the unused gas. Their attitude was terrible and they obvious have no regard for seniors or helping the disabled ! Its all about the money for them. Would not recommend anyone use them especially if your disabled.
