Not open. Sorry for you if you're having trouble after COVID. This was a great restaurant over five years ago. The cod tongues were amazing then. Hope things get better, so you can return to the glory days.

My parents booked a reservation for their wedding anniversary a few weeks ago. However, when we arrived at the restaurant it didnt look like it had been taken care of in months. Trash bags sitting outside and unkept in general. Locked doors with no signs on the window indicating the reason of closure. Didnt receive a call prior to cancel our reservation either. I assume theyve shut down and the google listing hasnt been updated.

Our server was kind though knowledge of the menu was limited. Unfortunately they were out of the steak, they could supply a 40% smaller steak for the same price.... Or after repeatedly asking, double up the small portion to make and additional 20% sized steak, for an additional 80% price! I can not recommend the cod tongues, though possible it's just not for me. The last straw was no refill on coffee.

5 people dining and everyone really enjoyed their meals. Personally my seafood combo was very tasty and cooked just right.

Shez West was a lovely restaurant to celebrate our special day! The ambiance, cuisine and the service from the staff was very good
