        Charged me twice in one trip and I called about it and never heard back their service is very poor and rude

        Occasionally we have to use a taxi service for medical appointments. More often then not, star taxi is late, which in turn makes me late for an appointment. I have allowed extra time on pickup to reduce the chances of being late, but even still, they cannot arrive on time. They have even missed sending a taxi even after calling for one. This is not happening on the odd occasion...usually 8/10 times they are late.
