Bell Aliant

The man I talked to at the store today was very friendly. But our issue did not get cleared up. He gave me a number to call about one of their old satellite dishes falling off and house a dangling into power lines. They put in a request to have it removed. When the guy called back he said there was nothing they could do, to call bell Alliant, sending me back in a circle to the first person I talked to. If they can't properly install a dish,, I wouldnt trust them for anything else electrical to be installed by these people. Horrible service by bell overall, except for the nice man at the store. He tried.

My parents tv service went late Tuesday night. Waiting for me to leave work Wednesday to have a look and see if I can help, I couldnt .. I called Bell Aliant the IT guy did what he could over the phone but someone needed to go to their home. He had a tech out this morning by this time the home phone wasnt working either.. Adam not from this area, hes only here for a week from Conception Bay .. my mom said he went above and beyond & what a great guy. Cheers Adam! Thank u for making my parents happy and for the prompt service! Much appreciated!
