Most times when I visit this store, there are customers at the counter ahead of me and there is a bit of a wait. That being said, the customer service is excellent and the staff goes out of their way to help you find what you need. I've witnessed some customers who were rude to the staff, and the staff still treated them very well and helped them out with a good attitude. The installation service I received was done under the estimated time and was professional. It would be useful if the store had an additional front desk staff member.

To the nice lady that just helped me on the phone about the glass for the Leer Cap, even though you don't sell them anymore, that lady was awesome and as helpful as anyone could be and I thank you for that!!
