Service Master

Worst company I have ever tried to deal with.... from what I understand - since change of ownership. Consistent missed appointments, disorganized, unprofessional and rude. Almost 2 months with no progress on restoration for water damage. The little work that did get done was shoddy workmanship. We moved on to a much more professional company and job was finished within a few of days. These people seem to think they are the only game in town and customers will just have to put up with this nonsense. Save yourself the aggravation - Avoid this company!

I am not going to give this company Evan 1 star. They attempted to do some work for my insurance company on my house and sheds due to some water damage . The concrete foundation for my shelter logic garage was pretty good , but in the process they ruined my fabric on my shelter by not cutting off the bolts holding it down now the bolts have gone threw the fabric . they also bent the frame when they moved it back onto the new slab .They also tore ruts in my lawn with the excavator , they left concrete and rocks on my lawn . They where suppose to put a new foundation under my wooden shed and all they did was block it up ,putting wood blocks onto dirt. He knocked some my fence over and did not fix it , they did not to the damage to my basement due to water damage . . they estimated the job at just over $20,000.00 Minus my $2,000.00 deductible which I would not pay them until they where done . They have left me with an estimated cost of replacing the lawn of over $8,000.00 and $1,600.00 for the tarp , $1,800.00 to put the proper foundation under my shed , leaving me with a cost of over $13,000.00 to fix their mistakes . the insurance company will not hold them responsible. Service master had an excellent reputation before Collin Way . He is a bully and loud mouth beware of any dealings with him . I do have more pics
