I was very apprehensive and nervous about this process. Making that first call was huge for me and I promise that the only reason I continued with it was because of my advisor, Krista. When I called I was so nervous and embarrassed about letting myself get into the financial situation that I was in, but I felt NO judgement whatsoever at any point in time. The more I spoke with Krista the better I felt about the entire situation. I didn't think I'd ever see a light at the end of this tunnel but after talking to Krista and Rick I felt an enormous weight lifted off my shoulders. Not to go into too much detail, but I was definitely feeling helpless and hopeless, completely overwhelmed and stressed to the point where it was affecting my physical health as well as my mental health. To be completely honest, after that first call I actually cried because I felt like I might actually get through this, and look at me now getting through it!! Janes & Noseworthy, Krista in particular, were more than accommodating, and offered help whenever it is asked for and I can't thank them enough for that. The process of starting a consumer proposal was painless and easier than I ever could have imagined. All the thanks goes to my advisors for that. I guarantee that if I ever talk with someone that is struggling financially like I was, Janes & Noseworthy will get the highest praise from me, particularly Krista & Rick and I will not think twice about giving a recommendation. Krista, you and J & N pulled me out if a proverbial "hole" that I thought I'd never get out of, and there aren't words that can express just how grateful I am.
