        Worst park on the island, very rude owners.

        Worst experience camping ever. The owners were very rude and confrontational. The site we stayed at didn't even have a picnic table and the fireplace was rusted and unusable. Very disappointing.

        Beothuk park is a beautiful mature park located on Main Street West in Grand Falls Windsor. Shaun and Bonnie (the owners) are the nicest people youll ever meet and will help and accommodate you in any way that they can. This Is the only park in GFW that allows fires and fire rings are provided. On the tenting side of the park there are beautiful grass sites that vary in size but all are very private and beautiful. The park also has direct access to the Trailway making it ideal for cross island ATVers to set up a tent for the night and continue in the morning without having to detour from the rail bed. I cant recommend this park enough.

        It was a really nice place with very kind and helpful staff!! It is good to take with you some spray against mosquitos - there were many when we slept there. Facilities were clean and there is access to a pond. Highly recommended!
