        This is a wonderful store, you can buy so many things here. There are a lot of magazines, books, toys, sports cards, sports apparel, video games, DVD and Blu-Ray movies and more. The staff are very friendly.

        Disgustingly HORRIBLE customer service! I had to tell the cashier three times for 2 plastic bags. She intentionally gave me 1 bag after I paid for 2 stupid 5cent plastic bags. She was really rude and completely lack customer service skills! Managers, train your staff well! We're from Toronto and we will NEVER shop in Hamilton ever again. ST#03037 OP#005293 TE#02 TR#08387 cashier working on July 14, 2016 at about 10:40pm at terminal 2, shame on you!

        Pickup system is terrible, many problems with it from missing items claimed to be at the store but not found, to no one around to answer the phones. Customer service (on phone) through supervisors was totally useless. Don't bother with pickup.
