Calling for over an hour during regular hours no answer, receptionist tried to turn me away from an appointment I already had confirmed, other than that the doctors are friendly but definitely need some updates on systems

You're better off finding a new doctor, I have never met a more unprofessional, and inappropriate "doctor" in my life. Brought my husband in for serious stomach issues, to the point where he felt he was actually dying, and Michael LAUGHED at him, and chuckled when he was in tears. My husband has lost over 80 pounds due to this, and he refuses to help us find out what's wrong, refuses to send referrals to specialist, and told him that it was a good thing he lost all the weight. He's 100 pounds and he's 23. FIND A BETTER PERSON TO SEE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. Will be going to the labor board, and doing what we can legally about this. Updated, still an awful place to go. Find a new place full of actual doctors who care about their patients.
