        I find not enough support given to the residents. Need more staff. I been up there and seen residents who need help getting to different floors not given. Residents in rooms on floors for hours no one checking on them. Meals late coming to rooms If they get one at all. Residents have to eat whats cooked or not at all. Limited what appliances they are allow. Spoken to unkindly by some staff. Rooms nice with some common rooms.
